ORALITE® 5800 High Intensity Grade is a highly reflective, weather-resistant, self-adhesive film with excellent corrosion resistance and solvent resistance. The smooth surface of the ORALITE® 5800 enables very good printability. The ORALITE® 5800 High Intensity Grade retroreflective system consists of encapsulated catadioptric glass beads that are partially embedded in a layer of plastic (corresponds to class RA 2, formula B, formerly Type II). Reflective data and daylight colours comply with international specifications for this class, such as EN 12899-1

Area of application
The film has been specially developed for the production of traffic signs, directional signs, warning signs and information signs designed for long-term outdoor use. The product has an adhesive with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces such as aluminum and galvanized sheet. The special structure of the cell allows for the identification of the film manufacturer. Especially when using ORALITE® 5800 High Intensity Grade, national specifications must be observed.
