RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The recruitment process, regardless of the position being filled, consists of four main stages:
- Application review – we review every CV submitted, both in response to our published job offers and unsolicited applications sent to the company. We invite selected candidates who meet our criteria to the next stage.
- Invitation to a meeting – we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a mutually convenient meeting date. For specialist positions in the sales and customer service departments, we also conduct a short telephone interview.
- Recruitment meeting – During the meeting, we want to learn about the candidate's professional experience, skills and motivation to work with us. This is also when we talk about the company, its organisational culture, the position and scope of responsibilities. We also discuss expectations regarding employment conditions.
- Invitation to cooperate – After a successful recruitment meeting, we decide to work with the selected candidate and propose the terms of the contract. We inform the other candidates of our decision by phone or email.
