We strive to provide the highest quality services and wish to deliver only faultless goods. However, if the goods or services do not meet your expectations, please refer to the information on handling complaints.
What should be done if defects in the quality of goods are found?
- If a defect is found, processing of the delivered raw material should be discontinued and the material subject to complaint should be left at the manufacturer's disposal.
- It is essential to provide the status of the goods subject to complaint (i.e. the number of printed, unprinted and cut sheets) and a detailed specification of claims in the case of additional claims. The supplier expects confirmation of the additional costs incurred.
- The labels from the pallets or reams must be retained in each case. These documents are necessary to determine which factory and production batch the goods subject to complaint originate from.
When is the latest I can report defects in goods?
Manufacturer defects that become apparent during processing and further production can be reported up to 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods.
How do I report a complaint about the quality of goods?
- Report the fact to a sales representative.
- Send us the following items required by the manufacturer:
- a sufficient number of marked samples (e.g. 10 printed sheets and 10 unprinted sheets)
- ink samples (delamination)
- other materials required by the manufacturers (e.g. fragments of damaged covers – the cover sent should reflect the design of the attached printed sheets)
The list of materials required for a complaint depends on the reported defect and can be found in the appendix "list of paper deffects".
What should I do if I find damage or a missing item in my order?
- In the event of damage during transport, please note this fact in the delivery note (the document must be signed legibly by the driver and the person receiving the delivery)
- and send a photo of the damaged goods to your sales representative.
- The same applies to complaints in which the following has been found:
- goods missing
- receipt of goods other than those ordered
- failure to cut the goods
When is the latest I can report damage, missing or incorrect goods?
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods, i.e. (damage, missing goods, replacement).
How do I report a complaint about missing or damaged goods?
