Metamark Silver Etch is a polymer-softened, calender-smoothed etching film that has been specially created for the production of delicate, striking glass graphics and full-fledged glass decorations, and is suitable for decorations where increased opacity is required.
The combination of full-quality cover paper and permanent adhesive enables fast and accurate cutting and easy de-meshing. This film is resistant to most mineral oils, fats and fuels, aliphatic solvents, delicate acids, diesel, gasoline, paraffin, hydraulic oil, antifreeze, soap lye, etc. Metamark Etch Glass films are certified according to EN 13501-1 (class B = like B1) and are suitable for wet application. This film can be perfectly digitally printed with latex, eco-solvent, solvent-based and UV-curing inks.
