Powder detergent for all manual (portafilter) espresso machines. Ensures easy, thorough cleaning of all parts in contact with coffee during brewing.
Coffee beans contain fats essential for espresso’s aroma and crema. During brewing these fats deposit on dump valves, brew groups, filters, diffusers and solenoid valves. At high temperatures they oxidise, break down and turn rancid, altering taste and causing malfunctions.
The innovative e‑barista tablet‑based formula, with active oxygen and plant‑derived surfactants, removes oils, bacteria and odours from all internal parts simply and effectively—leaving the machine hygienically clean without harming the environment.
