Alkaline, fast-acting kitchen disinfectant. Removes fats, oils and proteins of plant and animal origin while disinfecting at the same time. Listed by the DVG (German Association for Veterinary Medicine) for testing at 20°C and 10°C. Therefore also suitable for cold rooms. Instructions for use:
- Rinse surfaces and kitchen appliances that are in direct contact with food thoroughly with drinking water after waiting for the time to act.
- In the case of grease or protein deposits on the floor, dispense the product in the appropriate concentration (cold) and, after waiting while scrubbing, apply hot water from the machine tank to the floor.
- Do not use on alkali-sensitive surfaces or surfaces coated with 1-component coatings.
- Before first use, check the resistance of the material to the product in an invisible place
Remark! The biocidal product should be used with caution.
